What is our Cancellation Policy?
At Jéa Salon + Spa, we require a card on file in order to book any service. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 business hours of our appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee. If you choose to no-show or no-call, you will be charged 100% of your appointment fee.
All clients are agreeing to this charge when asked for a card to be put on file at the time of booking.
When an appointment is booked, an allotted amount of time is blocked for that Stylist or Esthetician. Depending on the service, that block can range from thirty minutes to six hours. Our team consists of Independent contractors and commission-based employees. What does this mean? Our team is paid based on your arrival. When an appointment is canceled within 24 hours, there is almost never enough time to fill that space with another appointment.
